Bill Stein in the Zivko Edge 540
Today, Bill Stein is one of the most well known & professional airshow pilots on the circuit. He has logged over 5,000 hours of aerobatic & formation flight. He began flying aerobatics when he was still a student pilot and has been perfecting that skill since. Since 1995, Bill has performed air shows all across the United States and has entertained millions of air show fans. Bill spent a number of years flying competition aerobatics and even as a pilot on the WORLD FAMOUS Red Baron Stearman Squadron. He also mentors young and upcoming airshow stars (such as the “Stars of Tomorrow”).
Bill will take to the Battle Creek skies in his state-of-the-art Zivko Edge 540 aerobatic aircraft. Not only is this an amazing aircraft, but it uses cutting edge paint technology. Depending on the location of the sun, the spectators, lighting and the aircraft, the plane will go through a multitude of different colors (often being several colors at once). The plane is basically a “chameleon”, changing from green to purple, purple to blue, blue to gold and even gold to pink. It’ll be one of the talks of the show.
Don’t miss your chance to see fellow MICHIGANDER (from Ann Arbor) Bill Stein at this year's airshow.
