The plans for this summer’s Battle Creek Field of Flight Air Show and Balloon Festival are flying high and we invite you to be a part of the excitement July 1st through July 4th, 2010!

We are still building the overall schedule of events; however, we do know that the event will open on Thursday, July 1 at 5:00 p.m. with our first balloon launch at 6:30 pm. We will have entertainment on Center Stage, Balloon Illumes, a Full-Fledged Air Show, Fireworks, Funland/Carnival, Twilight Air Show, Specialty Displays, and there is still more to come! Enclosed is a copy of our Tentative Schedule of Events.

We will be very selective on the types of booths that we will accept. We will be limiting duplications and focusing on variety as we want everyone to be successful! Please be sure to read all the information and submit your application, as soon as possible, because space is limited!

Please remember that the Contract Application is only an “Application”. It becomes the contract, along with the Fact Sheet upon acceptance. Be sure to enclose 50% of your total booth “Custodial Fee”, along with a photograph of your booth, if you were not here in 2009. We will invoice you for your electrical fees and the remainder of your booth “Custodial Fee” upon acceptance. Please make checks payable to B.C.H.A.B.C. Inc. or Battle Creek Hot-Air Balloon Championships, Inc.
